2012 CrossFit BLAST Fitness Bootcamps begin the first Monday of each month. Class times are 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with an optional day for further coaching and make-up on Saturday’s at 11:00 a.m. Class sizes are limited to 8 – 10 people.

Each Bootcamp consists of twelve (12) one (1) hour sessions, that then breaks down into two (2) different phases, meeting the needs of all fitness levels. Each Bootcamp is instructed by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, who teaches the fundumental movements of CrossFit, provides nutritional information, 1-1 personal coaching and mentoring unlike you would receive from any globo-gym personal trainer. Each Trainer possesses specialties and tenure in fitness, nutrition and education.

Each Bootcamp meets 3 days a week, while allowing flexibility to meet the demands of each individual’s busy schedule. Individuals who attend all twelve (12) Bootcamps will receive a FREE T-Shirt upon completion of the course. Also, individuals who complete the entire course will also be ready to advance to the next level of their fitness goals, by joining CrossFit BLAST Fitness at a special rate.
