*Pre-registation and payment is required prior to starting Bootcamp. Each Bootcamp begins the first Monday of each month. There are no pro-rate options or beginning part of the way through a Bootcamp, as each class does build off the fundamentals of the class before it. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. Sign up at your own risk. Participants who complete all 12 sessions will receive a T-Shirt at the end of the Bootcamp and will also be eligible to join CrossFit BLAST Fitness at a special rate.

New clients visiting CrossFit BLAST Fitness for the first time need to call 317-681-3031 or send an email to Tricia Shepherd to schedule an appointment. Appointments are only made during the 6pm classes Monday through Friday.

The first visit will include a tour of our facility, introduction to Instructors, further information about CrossFit and how our facility works with you to meet your fitness needs. It will also include an assessment workout. Please prepare for this assessment workout by eating a healthy snack about an hour before attending, be well hydrated, bring water in with you to the workout and wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. You will sweat and you will work hard.

Also, please arrive about 10 minutes prior to workout to fill our required paperwork. Each class always begins on time and at the top of the hour.
