then try for 3-4 reps per minute through 20 mins

Stayed true to the format for the first four minutes, then cut to two reps per minute for the remainder of the workout period. This put me to me shame, especially on a Monday.
Well, this was interesting. Brutal, but interesting. Should do it again, but not soon.
