    Worked out in Cincinnati at the Mercy Hospital Health Plex with my dad. I did the following:
    5 x 5 x 3 x 3 x 3x 1x 1x 1 with 10 knees to elbows in between each set.

    Weight amounts for each set were: 225,235,245,265,285,305,315,fail 355.
