7 Sets of:

1 Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Pushpress

1 Back Squat

1 Military Press

5 rounds

You CAN NOT put the bar down during any set. Only after the 7 reps have been completed.

    15:07. Did not complete the last round. Finished 4 short of completeing last set. Increased weight on 4th(125) and 5th (145) set. Last Bear finished in 14:53 at 135lbs for last set.

    My first time. Finished 4 rounds in 30 minutes (time limit), last one was 95lbs? Mil press needs work.

    I could bearly contain my enthusiasm for this WOD. I was psyched enough that I did the warm up in bear feet.

    I have a copy of Supersize Me, the documentary with Morgan Spurlock eating McDonalds…..only McDonalds…..for 30 days to see what kinds of changes he went through. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0390521/
