    These presses are like a monkey and a football. Worked up to 105 front squat, 85 press. Went through the Bear progression once with each press weight – it’s going to suck.

    Concur on the monkey/football action.
    185 front squat. Limiting factor is definitely the clean.
    Pressed 135 behind head. It wanted to turn into a push jerk.
