13:27 with 43# KB and 185# DL. I mentioned it in the gym after the WOD, but I think I’m going to be dropping my DL weight next time to work on some persistent form issues.
This WOD got to me for some reason, I would like to blame Matt for telling me to get closer to the wall for my hspu. I tried that and it did not feel right and I let it get into my head. We will see this WOD again…
