A brutal start to the week!

    26:59. Good start for the week, didn’t think I would make it in time to workout, but oh the joy upon seeing the whiteboard at 5 after 6:00… :P

    23:43, 2:04 faster than last time!! Attempted no band pullups, switched back to band. Great job to 5p crew! Looks like it’s gonna be a fun week :o )

    13:47. 3 min faster than previous time. 50 pull-ups in a row before rest and no torn hands. Great to see the crew at the 10:30pm class. I felt this one for 30 minutes after completing. See you all tomorrow.
