165, 75, 200 Total 440. Up 80lbs from last CFT. Congrats to Ralph last night, you earned DND night…nerd ;o)
345lb Squat, 175lb Press, 455lb Deadlift. Total 970lb. 1000lb right around the corner. Congrats to all of the ladies. It is awesome to see you all lift just as much as some men. Ralphy is becoming quite the “Superman”. Hope to see a good turnout for 2-morrows morning class.
225lb squat, 90lb press, 300lb deadlift. I think I could have done better on the press, but I didn’t figure out hand placement until the last attempt. I was pretty proud of the deadlift though. My total wound up at 615, which with a body weight of 155 puts me in the Intermediate category. Not too bad, when 6 months ago I came in as Untrained!
@Kristy: We wound up playing Guitar Hero World Tour most of the night, though I don’t know if it’s any less nerdy
195# squat, 85# press, 280# deadlift. Total 560#. It was awesome to see everyone’s progress since the last CFT and over the past 6 months. Glad to know all of you!
