    6 1/3 rds!! Thrilled! I graduated to 35# kb and used 50# PP! I’m so glad Lauren was there to push us through this one. The only thing she was missing was a fan and a margarita ;o) Great job Ralph and Riss!

    7 2/3 (35, 65/55). My arms are tired. Mat Turpin stuck with 85 lb pushpress the whole time which is like 95% of his body weight, so congrats to him!

    Hello from Alabama:
    I hope you all are doing well, work outs look like fun. I just wanted to share with you that while I was down here I went to a local gym and attempted a “Blast” workout. While doing thrusters I became the center of attention in the weightroom. The locals thought I was crazy and the others wanted more information on “What the hell was I doing”. I thought I would share that with some of you who have went out of town lately (Grant, Abby and Adam) and got those looks. I will not say anything about our “friends” who went to Vegas and did not even do a burpee.

    See you all Monday, unless Matt is mad about the Vegas comment and will not pick me up from the airport… oops did I say that out loud…..

    I also wanted to let Ro Know that I ran into some of your smoke eater buddies 81′s B shift down here at school. They also clamined to know Matt but they said that they were under the impression that Matt was sole owner of Blast…. Thanks to all of you that stepped up to help Matt while I was gone. Like Matt and I have said “Blast is your gym, we just want to keep the doors open” everybody has done something that has helped Matt and I at sometime and we just want to say thank you.
