This “WOD” was developed by a Mixed Martial Arts fighter who was looking to simulate the three five minute round fights that they have in competition. This is what he came up with… 5 minutes of hard work with one minute rest between rounds. Scores are determined by the number of calories burned on the rower combined with the total number of reps done on the remaining movements. All three rounds averaged into the final score. HAVE FUN!!!
