Several notes to self…1. Suck it in. 2. When using a band to assist with dips, never let it pop off. 3. If it does pop off, DON’T LOOK DOWN. While it does not bruise your face, it does not feel good.
I think I was at 12:34 with 135# deadlifts

7min and some change. 185lb deadlifts. Hamstrings were still sore from Saturday.
