    I really liked this workout until the inside part of my legs shut down and i dropped to the ground laughing in pain, ha ha ha. 7 rounds with a 35 kb. I got to get that heart rate under control. Just got a T-shirt idea. KBM on the front and on the back Kettle Bell Mafia. Late.
