Did 4 rounds (12 lb), despite Matt’s best cheerleading efforts, couldn’t get the last 110 m of rowing done for 4 1/2 rounds!!! Aarrgh! Saw wallballs get a lot of people…
This workout sucked. 5.5 rounds. Wallballs killed me.
