A wise man once said that WODs are to be physical AND mental exercises. Forgot the second part, lost count of rounds, but believe it to be 18 1/3.
Its easy to do when we can’t get any oxygen to the brain…that’s an idea Matt and Joe: oxygen machines:) 16 2/3 if I counted right!
