    6 rds + 7 thrusters. Jump rope and sit ups, not a problem. Thrusters…like burpees, they are the devil!

    95 lb. FOUR rounds +10 Thrusters. Agreed, DU and Situps not the issue here.

    Hmm. Methinks I p’raps misjudged that weight a little bit! :P Could’a stepped down a bit, but I figured that would waste time, so I just faced the mistake instead.

    9 rounds, +5. 45 lb thrusters. Started to wonder why I was hurrying through the jump rope and situps, since that just got me back to thrusters faster…

    8 rounds (I think) 45lb thrusters w/no ball to bounce off my bum! Was challenging to say the least. Why is it so difficult for me to keep count on these strenous workouts? I would love to bring in a video camera to keep count so I could just simply not think about it.
