    6:54, 12 lb ball. Thanks Matt for yelling me through for an under 7:00 time. Wouldn’t have done it otherwise.

    8:35 with a 20 lb ball for the first time. I thought I was sore yesterday, but I can barely walk today.

    6:34ish with the 8 lb ball. I was afraid my arms would fall off from Monday’s workout if I used 12 lbs! Still hurt though!

    8:50 something no ball to bounce off my soon to be 30 year old spread! I found myself just going down to my calves! OUCH!
