    72 avg with 70lbs pushpress and 95 lbs sdlhp! I was pushed up in weight yet again by Joe. Yet I improved alot from the last time we did fight gone bad…first time I only averaged 60 and had 65 lbs on push and sumo. Thanks guys! I know I say it alot when I leave but I cant thank you both enough for getting me ready to head off to Redstone for 6 weeks of Hazardous Device School!!!!! But before I leave…….Rock on Heather!!! 3 days in a row! This time I got a chance to stand off in the corner and watch her work and Im proud of her!

    Matt and I were able to assist Tricia with her 7:00 class last night and I must say we were impressed. We would like to welcome Jeremy and Brenda who signed up on “Fight Gone Bad” night and both gave a great effort. Heather, Jacinda and Kari continued to show improvement and are becoming more comfortable with the WOD’s. In our 7:00 class we ran 2 sessions and in our 2nd show we had our crossfit silent killer Jenna who put up a very good average. Tracie and Ann came to their 1st “FGB” and really pushed themselves and finished strong. Then we had Rhonda who I must say really gave some effort tonight and Matt and I could not be happier with her, must be the new workout gear….. Keep up the hard work group.
